It is has been a 100 years since then.

Our Company's "stopping liquid" technology began here, in Nara, where we started from wooden spouts for barrels.

After that, "stopping liquid" technology has been widely developed in the country as "total liquid packaging technology" today.

Along with the changing of the times, such as changes in the material – from wood to plastic, in containers – from stoppers to caps, bottles and spouts, changes in contents – from sake (Japanese rice wine) to whole food seasonings such as soy sauce and vinegar. Recently, due to the increase in aging population and number of nuclear families, market penetration by overseas packaging manufacturers, and the change packaging requirements, various and rapid responses are necessary.

Thanks to you, we celebrated our 100th anniversary in 2012.

Currently, we are entering the second business term, where we will continue to be a company that can respond flexibly to the changes in the market. And in order to gain customer satisfaction, we will continue to have a new vision, and challenge the dynamics of the next generation.

1. EXPANDING ACTIVITIES OVERSEAS FROM JAPAN HOMEBASE

We flexibly meet diverse customer needs, not only from Japan but also from overseas, through our packaging expertise, which we have accumulated over the past century.

Particularly in Asia, through participation of exhibitions overseas, as well as conducting on-site market research activities, we came to understand that there is a strong need of our specialty caps, mainly for glass bottles.

By utilizing our expertise and capabilities, which have been fulfilling the needs of our customers here in Japan, the first step is to focus on entering the Asian market, where economic growth is remarkable.

2. PROMOTION OF TOTAL PACKAGING BASED ON “REFUSING THE STATUS QUO”

From cap to container, in order to continue to satisfy the needs of our domestic and overseas customers in the future, there is a need to greatly increase our product design to production capabilities.

In the very near future, we will be incorporating state-of-the-art mold, injection molding and inspection machineries, in order to establish a more stable and efficient mass production system while at the same time integrate with our in-house technologies.

3. ACQUIRING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY PURSUING FUNCTIONALITY AND DESIGN

In addition to the functionality of packaging, we also add an aesthetic value into people’s lives, particularly at the table; by focusing on the design as well, satisfying every user.

In order to produce packaging that combines high functionality and design, we will continue to strive to develop products that have high added value and demand.
